During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are focusing extra efforts on putting in place the appropriate practices and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers. This way, we can make sure that our customers can still get the best possible service with no fuss.
Our COVID-19 safety precautions and practices
Being a member of Master Electricians Australia means that we are certified as a safe, excellent, and trusted company in the electrical industry and community. In accordance with their COVID-19 guidelines, we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure your health and safety and ours before, during and after a job.

On 27th March 2020, we received our Certificate of Acknowledgement for COVID-19 Infection Control Training from the Australian Government. This online training covers the basics for COVID-19 infection prevention and control. We take social distancing seriously and maintain 1.5m at all times as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We can also provide no contact inspections. Just send us some photos of what’s wrong and we will respond with a free quote.
We carry and use hand sanitisers at all times and wash our hands whenever possible. We also frequently disinfect all our tools to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We approach all jobs equipped with face masks, gloves and sanitisers.
